We were tantalized by the Algodón de Río, where the delicate interplay of pacae, shrimp, nuts, and huito created a vibrant dance of flavors on our palates. The Plantas del Desierto transported us to the arid landscapes, intertwining huarango, ají amarillo, onion, and mamey into a culinary masterpiece.
